Returns and Refund Policy
We operate a returns policy for unwanted and faulty goods. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by telephone or e-mail - see our Contact page.
We are confident that you will love your products but if you do change your mind about your order then please see below for our full returns policy. Our returns policy is in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) regulations 2013. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
Changed your mind
If you have changed your mind about your order and have already received it you have 14 days from the day after you have received the item/s to return them. Please contact us via email or telephone to advise you are returning your item/s. We recommend using Royal Mail 48 and obtaining a proof of postage. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted items. If the item is too large to send by Royal Mail then please contact us and we can advise about the costs of getting the item collected. This cost will be deducted from any refund.
Once we have received the item/s back we will issue the refund plus the original standard shipping cost (providing all of the items have been returned).
Please return goods unused and in original packaging in perfect condition for resale. We have the right to make a deduction if the goods have been handled more than necessary and their vaule has been reduced because of this. The extent to which you can handle goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Changing or cancelling your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order and you have 14 days to return the item/s from the day after you have received them. If you would like to amend your order then contact us as soon as possible and as long as the order has not been dispatched we will amend or cancel the order.
In the unlikely event that the item/s are faulty we will either refund the cost amount (including shipping costs if applicable) or send a replacement free of charge. In the first instance please email us an image of the fault and we will try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchanged item.
If you return any goods outside of the scope of the Returns Policy and you have not followed our refunds policy we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
Will any return costs be refunded?
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (either by a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs - upto 2nd class postage only).
We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.
When will I receive my refund?
We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card.
