I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas as I really liked them as we bought one for our son last month unfortunately the delivery company chucked it order our gate without a note left and we found it absolutely soaked and the beanbag inside so I will be contacting you for a return. I have photos to attach

The beanbag I received was good quality, but it was completely the wrong colour, and didn't resemble the shape of the one in the picture. I requested to exchange it, but after sending them a photograph, I've heard nothing from the company. The bean bag was a Christmas present and now it's too late to exchange it, so I am going to have to buy a new cover for it in the new year. Very disappointing.
